Quotes and pricing
Our technician diagnoses the fault on site and provides a quote before any chargeable work begins. Work only proceeds once you approve the quote.
Workmanship warranty
We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on repairs. The warranty covers the specific repair carried out and does not cover new, unrelated faults or damage caused by misuse.
Parts
We fit genuine or manufacturer-approved parts. Parts may carry their own manufacturer warranty in addition to our workmanship warranty.
Liability
We take great care in every home, but we are not liable for pre-existing faults or for issues unrelated to the repair we performed.
